You are free to browse the learner and teacher profiles displayed on our site without providing any personal information to us. If you wish to contact a teacher or learner, you must create your own profile first. In doing so you must provide us certain details. We collect and store all the information you provide to us when you create this profile.
(B) - Storage of other information
In the event that you contact a learner or teacher, we will store the details of your commuication. We collect and store the comments and ratings you place on members of the e-english community.

2. Our use of your information

We may check the accuracy of the information that you provide on registration. We may use the contact information you provided to contact you regarding your registration, or any other matter that we consider relevant to your use of our site.
We may use any information we collect about you, including any information we may have obtained from your activities on the Site, to resolve disputes, provide customer support, troubleshoot problems and enforce our User Agreement and policies. We may look across multiple users to identify problems or resolve disputes. In the highly unlikely event that fees remain unpaid on a user account, we may pass your business information to a credit recovery company.
In addition, other members of the e-english community that have registered will be able contact you by email (to the email address you provided) via the site.

(A) - Sharing of your registration information
Various parts of the information you provide to us when registering with us is shared with all those people that browse the for teachers or learners on our website. Any comments we have collected from other users about your you will also be made available to the users in question.

Disclosure for legal reasons: We may disclose your personal data if we are either compelled to do so by law, or in response to a valid, legally compliant request by a law enforcement or governmental authority.
